South South Ambassador of Odogwu Bitters and Business Mogul, Comr Okpalanma Innocent Emeka has spoken of the success record in his years of mentoring young people.
Okpalanma disclosed this, when one of his mentees, took to social media to celebrate the philanthropist and helper, as he is known.
He stated that, these accolades are a regular thing for him, because, in his capacity as a young man, he has built people across the divides.
There are young people I mentor, and when people look up to you, the chances are that, you must live above board.
I don’t mentor people with my lips, I give them tools to also fish, and that should be the hallmark of mentorship.
When you teach people the ways to succeed, help them succeed if you have the ability, and not leave them to their fate.
It is a huge burden for hundreds of people to look up to you, but the reality is that, among the lots, when they taste success, some will remember you for good, Okpalanma concluded.
