Uriel Oputa has warned those questioning her single status to back- off and stop intervening in her personal matters. According to her, marriage is not an achievement as far as she is concerned, neither is she in a hurry to get married.

The former Big brother house mate took to her Instagram page @urielmusicstar to air her opinion on the issue of marriage.

The entrepreneur said, she does not need validation or commendation from the social media to prove that she is married or not, neither does she need to post her partner on the social media to prove that she is in a relationship. That aspect she added, is a no go area as she will never post the picture of her partner or relationship on the social media.

Her words, “Marriage isn’t for everyone. If you think marriage is an achievement, that’s on you. How do you know I’m not married? Do you think everyone needs validation from social media?”

“I would never post my marriage or my partner’s full face here. Age-shaming and marriage-shaming is so 2018. Let’s maintain this energy and save the lives of young men and women”. She wrote

She added that cyber bullies can never get at her no matter what they do and warned cyber trolls to stay far away from her

“Bullying doesn’t work with me. I went to an all-white school and I was the blackest kid that ever liveth”, she boasted.
