The Senator representing Rivers South-East Senatorial District in the National Assembly, Senator Magnus Ngei Abe, has commissioned two water projects in Botem-Tai and Teenama communities in Tai and Khana Local Government Areas of the State.

Abe assured the people of his plan to develop an economic blueprint that would tackle the challenges in the region effectively.
In his speech, the Chairman of Teenama Council of Chiefs and Elders, Barinua Nwikonee who thanked the senator for donating free water to the Teenama people, said the community has been neglected, marginalized politically and abandoned to fate.
