Davido’s “Are We African Yet?” (A.W.A.Y) Festival to Debut in Lagos
After a successful run in Atlanta, Davido is bringing his A.W.A.Y Festival to Lagos this December.
The event, which celebrates African music and diaspora connections, will feature top artists like Tiwa Savage, Asake, Ayra Starr, Rema, and international acts from the UK and US. In a recent interview, Davido said, “This is more than a concert—this is about reconnecting Africa to the world.”

The Lagos edition will also include fashion pop-ups, art installations, and tech showcases, highlighting the continent’s creative industries. Tickets sold out in 48 hours.
