The 7th Total School Support Seminar/Exhibition (TOSSE) is set to drive several innovative products and services from both local and international exhibitors in order to create significant changes in Africa’s education sector.
The Project Coordinator of the show, Ms Laura Agali made this known to newsmen, stressing that the TOSSE is a flagship show where global innovative solutions to teaching and education management annually makes an entry into Africa.
“The world of education is continually experiencing significant improvement in terms of teaching enhancement tools. These and many more changes would be open to all educators that would converge at the Ten Degrees Event Centre in Lagos on the 11th and 12th of June,” Agali said.
Visitors to the show last year witnessed the introduction of the first STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) academic and career planning solution. Another new introduction was The Smart School Solution; a product that enables instant sharing of screen content from the teacher’s tablet or PC screen to the E-board and students’ personal devices. Infrared and ultrasound positioning technology was also on display as a mobile interactive device which instantly enables traditional whiteboard with interactive capacity was introduced to the African market.
Agali pointed out that over 100 exhibitors representing over 40 business segments would be present at TOSSE 2015 including: technology, furniture, security, finance, apparel, publishing, insurance, health, travel agencies, education management/development consultants, sporting equipment, toys, and allied products among others.
