Titilayo Adelaja Gives Back With Mothers Pride

As the world is busy celebrating International Women Day 2019 with the theme Balance for Better, Titilayo Adelaja a social philanthropist whose heart of gold is second to none is also empowering women with Mothers Pride and Development Initiative, non-governmental organizations.

Without exaggerating, the Mothers Pride Centre around Sparklight Estate Along Ibadan Express- way was filled to the brim on 25th of April 2019 when the organizations held their first quarter Annual General Meeting with lecture and empowerment.

The initiative which started six years ago has been at the forefront of empowering widow and girls child.

The very articulate and industrious young woman is leaving no stone unturned as she invited top personalities both in the business, government and private sector to talk, educate, motivate and teach the women on new skills that will make them a better person within the society.

When the delectable lady of style was asked about her vision and mission, she said her mission is to put smile on women’s face irrespective of their challenges saying “What we do here is to empower women and to make sure every woman can stand on their own while helping the younger generation to believed in themselves.

We also want to help the girl child to know that, She can be a better person without selling her body.

We empower them, teach them how to acquire skills so that when they enter into the University they can start small business and make money rather than depending on their aged mother or single parent.” She concluded.
