The Concept Group Empowers and Celebrates Women on International Women’s Day 2024
The Concept Group, the parent company of award-winning Rosabon Financial Services and renowned Technology Solutions firm Concept Nova, marked International Women’s Day 2024 with a series of activities to celebrate women’s accomplishments and promote inclusivity in the workplace.
Amidst an atmosphere of empowerment and inspiration, female employees from across The Concept Group participated in a variety of engaging activities designed to celebrate their contributions and promote gender equality: Empowering Discussions: The event started with panelists sharing their personal experiences and success stories.
The discussions also explored cultural perspectives on gender equality and the important roles men play in fostering inclusion within the workplace and beyond.
Virtual Games: Besides the panel discussions, the Concept Group organized virtual games that brought women together in a spirit of friendly competition, fostering camaraderie and team spirit among participants. The games provided a perfect opportunity for female employees from all branches to bond and celebrate their achievements in a fun and interactive way.
Business Exhibitions: An exhibition was organized to showcase the enterprising spirit of women within The Concept Group. The exhibition allowed them to showcase their business skills, share their entrepreneurship experiences, and network with peers, fostering a supportive environment for women in business.
Talent Hunt: As part of the celebration, an exciting talent hunt was organized to showcase the extraordinary skills and talents of women at The Concept Group. From music and dance to poetry and art, the event celebrated the creativity and importance of recognizing and celebrating women’s achievements.
