The Niger Delta ex-militants are currently protesting in Presidential Amnesty office in Port Harcourt over an alleged non-payment of allowance from the government. The ex-militants were seen carrying placard at 10am on Monday, chanting war and solidarity songs. ALSO READ Lagos Task Force
