Africa Cup of Nation’s: My team will beat Super Eagles – Amunike

Former Super Eagles winger and coach of Tanzania’s Taifa Stars, Emmanuel Amuneke profane defeat of the Nigeria Super Eagle in the 2019 Africa Cup of Nation’s as the two teams crash in the qualifier series.

The former Nigerian striker who said his team is not a push over will play with the country’s s national team, billed for June in Egypt.

Amuneke spear-headed Tanzania’s qualification for the AFCON tournament after a 39-year absence and now he says the Taifa Stars will not be intimidated by the top rated teams.

‘If Tanzania is paired along side Nigeria, then we would play Nigeria, Amuneke told www.brila.net

‘If we can qualify for the Nation’s Cup, that means we are capable of playing any team in the continent of Africa”, he said.

He however, noted that the Super Eagles have quality talented players thereby, making the team one of the favourites for the title.
