RUMOURS: Tottenham willing to pay €45m for Isco

The 24-year-old continues to struggle for first-team opportunities at Real Madrid and now Mauricio Pochettino hopes to complete a January deal
Tottenham are willing to pay a club-record €45 million (£40m) to sign Isco from Real Madrid in January, according to Sport.
The 24-year-old continues to struggle to make an impact in Zinedine Zidane’s squad, making just two starts this season, and was the subject of an enquiry from Mauricio Pochettino during the summer transfer window.
Real Madrid are open to a sale, while a loan with an obligation to buy is also an option, but the club will insist on a recouping more than their initial outlay to Malaga from three years ago.
Isco has already addressed the need to move on should first-team opportunities continue to be limited.
