Driven by Passion, Seasoned in culture, MODOLA aims for Global Dominance

Fluent in Italian, Spanish and French, Temidola Awosika musically known as MODOLA was raised in Milan where she has lived most of life.

Being a Pan-African artiste and a budding force in the global Afrobeats scene she is dedicated towards sculpting a distinctive path with her dynamic sound marinated in multicultural influences.

Growing up in a diverse cultural environment has had a huge impact on my music, MODOLA states. She further expressed that, “I’ve been exposed to different sounds, languages, and storytelling techniques, which have helped me craft lyrics that resonate with a wide range of listeners.

My sound is a fusion of my African roots with global influences, creating a unique blend that feels familiar yet fresh.

When it comes to delivery, I focus on expressing emotions in a way that people, no matter where they’re from, can connect with. This multicultural exposure allows me to experiment with different flows, melodies, and even languages, making my music more dynamic and relatable.”

Her multilingual edge continues to seamlessly help blend her African roots with global sounds to create music that resonates across audiences and expresses the beauty of diversity.

Proudly a holder of multiple academic degrees which is in addition to her musical talents that defines her personality to be of a viable status. This has further showcased her dedication to excellence both in and out of the entertainment world.

On what her short-term and long-term goals in the music industry is she discloses that, “In the short term, my goal is to establish myself as a rising star in the industry. I want to build a strong fanbase, release music that people connect with, and create a brand that represents who I am as an artiste. I’m also focused on live performances and collaborations with other talented artists to expand my reach.”

“Long-term, I see myself as a global artiste with a solid impact on the music industry. I want to headline major shows, tour internationally, and use my platform to inspire other upcoming artistes, especially young women in the industry. I also plan to explore business opportunities within music, from owning a music school to mentoring and investing in other creatives. My ultimate goal is to create a lasting legacy through music and contribute to the evolution of African sounds on the global stage.” She adds.

With her sights set on global recognition, Modola is poised to take the Afrobeat genre to new heights, solidifying her place as a fresh superstar on the rise with a promised future backed by a rich language diversity, exposure to different cultures and a strong connection to her African heritage.
