WEMA Bank unveils platform to capture the unbanked

Wema Bank has unveiled a digital platform aimed at breaking the bounds of limitation in the country to reach the unbanked and the underbanked.

Speaking at the event in Eko Hotels, Lagos, the Executive Director of the Bank, Mr. SEGUN Oloketuyi, he said the Bank is poised to take banking services to a revolutionary level.

With this digital banking application, accounts can be opened within five minutes after filling a form.

“Our customers will be enjoying 10% interest on their savings account. Debit cards will be delivered to our customers within 48 hours, wherever the customer may be residing or domiciled.”
