WCQ: Soudani predicts tough tie against Eagles

Algerian striker El Arabi Hillel Soudani has admitted that their 2018 World Cup qualifier away to Nigeria later this month will be a tough match, but insists his side is confident of a positive result.
The Super Eagles will host the Fennec Foxes in the second matchday of Group B. The West Africans lead the group with three points after their win away to Zambia, while Algeria and Cameroun have a point each after their draw in Blida.
Soudani, who scored the goal in his side’s 1-1 draw with Cameroun, believes Algeria have nothing to fear ahead of their match in Uyo on November 12.
“We conceded a draw at home against Cameroun and allowed two precious points to slip away,” Soudani told Croatian reporters ahead of his club side Dinamo Zagreb’s Champions League match this midweek.
“The next match will take us in Nigeria, who come from a victory in Zambia. So we know that our mission will be very difficult, but if we can come back with a good result, our chances will be revived.
“We’re really confident. We will prepare thoroughly in Nigeria and we will see what will happen. “
The other Group E match on the same day sees Cameroun host Zambia in Limbe.
