Soludo suspends local government chairman for alleged homocide of wife
The Executive Governor of Anambra State Prof. Chukwuma Soludo has Suspended the newly appointed Transition Chairman of Nnewi North Local Government Area Hon Mbaulike Iloka for allegedly beaten his wife to death on Sunday.
It was alleged that Hon. Mbazulike’s wife caught him when he picked some young ladies she suspected to be his side chick at the event they attended on Saturday evening, which she tried to stop him but to no avail.
According to the family members and friends of late Mrs. Chidiebere Iloka, they revealed that he beat his wife to death over a heated argument between the couples on Sunday morning because of what happened at the event they attended on Saturday evening.

Hon. Mbazulike, on his own account said that his wife slumped and died, family members and some friends of the late Mrs. Chidiebere were earlier stated that there was several cases of domestic violence and a repeat of same that Sunday morning that lead to her death, adaeventsnews gathered.
Family sources said that when they arrived at the scene, they found Chidiebere’s corpse on the ground with marks of bruises and cuts on her body.
