Prayer for late Kwara United player holds Sunday

The three-day prayer for the late Kwara United FC player, Saka Azeez, would hold on Sunday, his family has said.
A statement issued by the family on Saturday in Ilorin said the prayer would hold at the Kasali Lasisi residence on Hajj Camp Road at 9 a.m.
Late Azeez slumped and died during a training session on Friday.
Meanwhile, the Kwara State Council of Sportswriters Association of Nigeria (SWAN), has condoled with the management of Kwara United FC over the demise of the player.
It said in a statement by Assistant Secretary, Abdulrosheed Okiki, that the death of the player was shocking to football enthusiasts in the country.
The statement said the youngster would continue to be remembered for his sterling contributions since he joined the club.
SWAN also condoled with the family of Azeez, particularly his father, the former African and Commonwealth Table Tennis champion, Kasali Lasisi.
The association prayed God to grant his family as well as the club and players the fortitude to bear the loss.(NAN)
