Nwannekaenyi “Nnamdi” Kenny Okwu Kanu is a political activist based in the United Kingdom who was arrested in Lagos on 14 October, 2015 by President Muhammadu Buhari-led government.
The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu, was released from the Kuje Prison in Abuja after meeting bail conditions. Justice Binta Murtala-Nyako of the Federal High Court in Abuja had on Tuesday lastweek granted bail to Kanu on health.
