Nigerians come for Mr Eazi on Twitter over ‘Ghana influenced Nigerian music’ statement

Afrobeat singer and 2016 Headies Awards Next Rated award winner , Mr Eazi, is currently being backlashed on Twitter for saying that the present day Nigerian sound was influenced by Ghanaian music.
Mr Eazi whose real name is Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade said, “Ghana’s influence on present day “Naija Sound” cannot be over emphasized. Naija music is & has been a major force affecting the entire African scene. Quality, riddim, business.”
One Mr Abuja Wakaholic with twitter handle @dr_khalidz said, “Mr Eazi will have to do an apology song, without mentioning any Ghanian slang, recorded in Nigeria for Nigerians. Bombastical element!”
