Neimeth : Ohuabunwa quits board

The board of Neimeth International Pharmaceutical Plc has announced the resignation of its none executive director, Sir Godfrey Nnamdi Ohuabunbunwa

A statement signed by the company’s secretary, Mrs. F.I Onyekwere, released by the Nigerian stock Exchange (NSE), Ohuabunwa’s resignation was necessitated by his tight schedules which leave no time for him to attend to other commitments and his responsibilities as none executive director of the company, which prompted his resignation on 9th July, 2017.

He joined the company’s board as none executive director in February 2004.

Ohuabunwa is a seasoned businessman, broadcaster. He is a graduate of English Language, University of Maiduguri, with bias in Information Technology Management Services, and has a vast knowledge in Wireless and Cable Satellite Re-Distribution Systems.

Ohuabunwa, GMD Multimesh Communications Limited, pioneered and nurtured Multimesh Communications Limited to its present enviable position; a renowned marketer and a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Sales Management and Fellow of the African Business School; he is an International Member of the National Association of Broadcasters and Member, Association of Chiefs Police, with extracurricular activities in Boys Scout Movement, Man ‘O’ War and Missions.

He also serves as President, Port-Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture.
