Is Lil Kesh ready to be a boss on his own?

For music lovers and diehard fans of the YBNL record label led by Olamide ‘Baddo’, there have been mixed reaction since the news of the exist of Shoki crooner, Lil Kesh from the label broke out; tongues have continued to wag if Lil Kesh is ripe enough to own a label of his own.
While others applaud Olamide for setting a standard other record labels have refused to start, others are of the view that the YBNL Boss would have reviewed the contract with the Shoki artiste. Lil Kesh has floated his own label titled ‘YAGI’ which is still under the management of YBNL.
It is important to note that Olamide has been known to favour a two-year contract with his sign-ons in the belief that it is enough period for them to stand on their ‘two feet’. This is in response to critics who ascribe ulterior motives to his preference.
“Saying Kesh or Viktoh or anyone else is gonna leave me is kind ash…y, I want these niggas to be great. Not slaves or dependent,” Olamide said via Twitter.
Popular musician and Chocolate city boss, MI Abaga in a tweet tagged “Olamide a visionary leader”, he said: “I applaud @olamide_YBNL for being a visionary leader and wish @lilkeshofficial the best of luck on his new journey. #Growth.
In the same vein Adekunle Gold has also revealed how excited he is working on the YAGI logo.
