Lagos @ 50 : LTV rolls out special programme
In commemoration of the 5oth anniversary of Lagos state, the state television station, Lagos Television (LTV) has announced that it will commence the airing of specially packaged programme exclusively for the celebration of the State’s Golden Jubilee.
In a statement made available by the General Manager, Lagos Television, Ms Funke Moore, the programme will commence from May 2 to 30, 2017 and will run every weekday from 9am-10am, featuring versatile and resourceful personalities who will discuss issues such as politics, business, economy among others.
The General Manager said the programme will also feature fun segments as well as games, quizzes, questions and answers about Lagos from inception, its development and monumental spots.
In her words, Moore said “there will be social media interactions where questions will be posted and the winners will be announced and invited to the studio with presentation of branded gifts.”
She noted that there would be musical live band every Friday throughout the period that the exclusive programme for the celebration will last while different landmarks will be featured showcasing prominent places that tell the story of Lagos State in the past 50 years.
