Kebbi signs MOU with Romania to boost economy through mineral devt

The Kebbi State Government under the leadership of Governor Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Romania to develop the solid mineral sector in the state.

This partnership is expected to significantly enhance the economic development of Kebbi State.

Governor Nasir Idris’ drive to harness the state’s natural resources is set to increase internally generated revenue, attract investment, and create numerous job opportunities for the youth.

The momentous signing ceremony of the Mining Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) took place in Romania on Thursday, 17th July 2025.

Indeed, Comrade Dr. Nasir Idris, the Kauran Gwandu, is a blessing to Kebbi State. We must continue to support and stand by him.
