JUST IN: Veteran music producer, OJB Jezreel is dead
Following a relapse of his kidney condition, veteran music producer and singer, Babatunde Okungbowa, popularly call OJB Jezreel, is dead.
OJB Jezreel is reported to have passed away in the early hour of Tuesday, June 14, 2016.
The Daily Times reports that OJB died a month to his 50th birthday.
His body has been deposited in a morgue at Isolo General Hospital.
It would be recalled that OJB in 2013, had a kidney transplant donated by one of his wives after a much-publicized fundraising by friends and colleagues led by late Nomoreloss (who himself passed away 3 months ago).
Music producer and singer, K-Solo and Jazzman Olofin also took to Twitter to confirm the death of the singer.
K-Solo tweeted, “#OJB PASSED ON. just left this sinful World…Trying to get the Family.”
He is survived by three wives, June, Korede, Mabel and eight children.
