Instigators not our members, says NCSU Kebbi

The Kebbi State chairman of the Nigeria Civil Service Union (NCSU), Comrade Ibrahim Bala Maigari and Treasurer, Comrade Muhammad Mai Dukiya have both dismissed the statement made by some none members of the union as false, illegal and baseless.

Comrade Bala added that one Sadiq Sambo, the former state NLC chairman presided over the so called meeting that alleged that, Comrade Bala has been removed from office over false claim.

He further said that the arrow head and his members are not members of the Union, stressing that both of them belong to Senior Staff Association not Nigeria Civil Service Union, therefore lack the powers to remove any member.

According to comrade Mai Gari Sambo is angered over their decision to dismiss two of his persons who are working in two places, one Usman Muhammed is working with KARDA and NCSU while the other one Fatima a none indigene who is working with the state secondary school management board who contributed about a million in pension were both asked to relinquished one job as such contravenes the constitution of the union and the federal government.

Bala stated that in his desperation to get them out of the way wrote a petition against them which he sent to the headquarters of the union but couldn’t wait for their action but went on air to announce their removal which he has no power.

I urged my SEC members to remain calm as I am still in charge, while we await action from above. Sadiq coup holds no weight, Bala said, and thanked all his members for standing with him.
