Ikpeazu has all it takes to manage Abia – Special Aide

Being the governor of a state is hard, but Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State has all it takes to manage the state.

The immediate past Special Adviser to Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu on Youth Affairs, Hon. Prince Maduka Uwadi disclosed this to newsmen after his investiture as the “Father of the Year” by the Methodist Church, Umuawa Alaocha men fellowship organization during this year’s celebration, using the occasion to felicitate with him on his victory at the Supreme court as well as his two years in office.

According to him, considering what he has been through, “I can say he has done well, especially with the many lawsuits imposed on him then.

“It means that he is good, that not minding all the distractions, he had continued to work for the people. God is really with and using Ikpeazu. His opponents have done their worst and will not do anything again.”

He advised them that they had kept the governor deal dallying for two years, advising them that if they like, they should join the governor in the development of the state.

“Let them bring their investment to Abia and impact positively on the people to prove their worth”, he advised.

Speaking earlier after giving him “Father of the year” award by the Methodist Church of Nigeria, Umuawa Men Fellowship Organisation, Hon. Maduka Uwadi thanked God for the award, stating that it will make him to do more for God, the church and the society, stating that misunderstanding of his person has turned out to be to his advantage.

He described the award as the most valued among the hundreds he has received in his life and thanked God for his narrow escape from a fatal motor accident that left his vehicle turned upside down with him

and two other friends inside.
