How COVID-19 affected my rising career – Social media comedian Classy Jester

Classy Jester is amongst the fast rising Instagram comedians taking over the industry and keeping fans glued to their phones and other gadgets despite the dreaded COVID-19 pandemic.

Born Olawuyi Toheeb Olatunde, Classy jester in a recent encounter declared that year 2020 is not altogether a bad one.

“This is a year that the human race faced so much uncertainty about survival due to the onslaught of Covid-19, but with a few months round off the year, we can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that we will survive it,” he said.

The year, he said, is not bad for him career-wise.

While the coronavirus pandemic had wreaked havoc on global economies, Classy Jester avowed that there is a bright side to it.

“Months ago, when shows were restricted, showbiz professionals were forced to explore other avenues and indeed, someone like me, survived months of lockdown by focusing on online brand influencing and exploiting the opportunities in YouTube paid. They paid off so much so I can say I did not suffer any major loss to coronavirus.”

According to him, Covid-19 challenged entertainers to become more creative.

“Showbiz is very dynamic and what the Covid-19 lockdown and the associate restrictions brought out the best of the professionals in that industry globally,” he avowed.

Raised in Ogbomosho and presently studying at LAUTECH, Ogbomosho, Classy Jester also revealed to his fans some of the brands he has worked with including 1XBet, FuretinXChanger, AsiwajuHerbs among others. “I look forward to working with more top brands,” he said.

Classy Jester also dropped a hint about what he will be doing in future when he said, “I also love business and I am looking forward to exploring my entrepreneur capability in future.”
