Gospel Music great, Nicole Mullen signs to Frank Edward’s Rock Town Records

American singer, songwriter and choreographer Nicole Mullen has just signed to Rock Town Records, owned by popular Nigerian gospel artiste, Frank Edwards.

An excited Frank, took to his Instagram page to make the announcement moments ago.

Nicole Mullen was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio United States. She is the only African-American artist to have won the “Dove Award” for Song of the Year, and Songwriter of the Year. She also had  two nominations for the Grammy Award in the year 2002 and 2005 as the Best Pop/Contemporary Gospel Album of the Year. Her signing to the label was announced recently when she attended  a musical concert hosted by the Label. She is especially popular in Nigerian circles for her hit single “My Redeemer Lives”.

The duo met in December during the “Unusual Praise Concert” that held in Lagos and have since collaborated on a song, “Sweet Spirit of God” alongside singer,  Chee.
