Dubai-Based Nigerian artist Akpojivi Joel celebrates success at World Art Dubai

Nigerian artist Akpojivi Joel Onoriode aka “Daddy K”, is overjoyed at the success of his recent exhibition at World Art Dubai, held from March 9 to 12, 2023, at the World Trade Center in Dubai.
This was Daddy K’s second time participating in the event, which featured over 600 artists and curators from around the world.
The event was a tremendous success for Joel, as he made numerous contacts with art curators and collectors who admired his unique style of paintings and storyline. He even sold several of his paintings for millions of naira after the exhibition. Akpojivi’s experience at World Art Dubai has significantly increased the value of his artwork, as curators expressed their interest in his works. This has boosted his confidence, and he is now able to command higher prices for his art, which are now quoted in dollars instead of naira.
