Daily Times Journalist clinches Reporter of the year award.
Daily Times aviation correspondent, Chukwuemeke Iwelunmo has won the best ‘Aviation Reporter’ of the year award 2016 for Print.
The awards which was organised by the Nigerian Aviation Awards (NIGAV) took place at the Welcome Centre and Hotels in Lagos, was well attended by aviation stakeholders across the country.
NIGAV awards is the most prestigious Nigeria air transport development awards and has been on for the past seven years.
The organizers of the award has recognized individuals and organizations that have brought remarkable changes and improvements to the most advanced commercial industry in the world.
Mr Fortune Idu, the coordinator of the Awards said the award has become a motivating factor for excellence to be recognized.
Mr Idu explained that the awards have continued to engender healthy competition and promote best practices in the sector without settling for less.
