Cultists Hunt Down Woman After Witnessing Murder of Husband

Tragedy struck as cultists suspected to be members of the black-axe on the trail of a rival cult member gruesomely murdered one Courage Idehen in his apartment in Uselu axis of Benin City on December 23rd 2023.

The wife of the murdered victim, Gloria Osa Ekhator was said to have reportedly witnessed the gruesome murder of her husband on the fateful day as it was gathered that she was almost immediately chased after by the cultists .

However she was said to have managed to escape through an exit-backdoor in the apartment where the murder had taken place as her husband’s killers made franctic efforts to apprehend her by chasing after her but lost sight of her as she ran through a large rubber plantation farm behind her house .

Her husband’s killers were however not comfortable with the fact that she was well aware of the true identities of his(husband) killers after witnessing the murder of December 23rd 2023, hence the desperation to have her killed at all cost.

It was however gathered that Gloria Osa Ekhator, after managing to escape the violent wrath of her husband’s killers, had to continue running for her life and never returned to her apartment.

According to recent statistics, cultism has reportedly claimed more lives in the country than any other crime as families especially mothers and wives have reportedly lost their sons and husbands to the crime of cultism.

A close family source who spoke on condition of anonymity disclosed that after the gruesome murder of Courage Idehen, his wife Gloria Osa Ekhator had since been running from one place to another in order to avoid being hunted down by the extremely dangerous cult members who are visibly present everywhere across the country.

A recent visit to the desolate apartment where the murder of Courage Idehen had taken place on December 23rd, revealed that there had not been any trace of human existence after the murder in the apartment as neighbours claimed that fierce-looking faces often times come around parading the community.

Meanwhile, it was gathered that the fleeing Gloria Osa Ekhator who earlier had her 2 children with 2 other men before her traditional marriage to Courage Idehen, was not well aware that her husband was into cultism until after her traditional marriage during which her dowry was paid.

Confirmed report however indicated that the members of the Black-axe confraternity also known as Ayes have her pictures widely circulated across their platform to its members across the country as she had also been reportedly marked for death and is expected not to share her experience of what transpired during the murder of her husband which she witnessed to anyone including the relevant authority, hence she had been running from one undisclosed location to another to avoid her husband’s killers.
