Canada, Toronto-based Nigerian artiste, Kelly Anthony, real names, Kelly Anthony Osaretin Osifo, born in Benin City, Edo State Nigeria. Kelly Anthony started his music career at 11 year-old, and he has been greatly influenced by top musicians like R. Kelly, Akon, Mavin Gaye and Jay Z.
He recently dropped the audio and visuals of his new single, which he titled, “Unstoppable.”
The song Unstoppable is a rhythm we can all relate to, because we all have been through the struggles and hustles of life.
Kelly Anthony attended Michael Power Saint Joseph Catholic, Toronto, Canada, where he honed his musical skills with all dexterity. As a child, Anthony thought he wanted to be a doctor, because his father always used to call him Doctor Kelly, but later in life, he realized that was his dream not his.
As a musician, his greatest challenge is the blatant dishonesty from producers, who tend to take you for a ride, at the expense of your talent. ‘I want to however see the world gravitate towards my music.
It basically shows that my hard work is starting to pay off. My goal for my image is to be a great role model to all my young Africans and others across the world. I want to teach them to never give up on their dreams and to stand tall and work hard for what they believe in.’
For the record, Kelly Anthony can boast of many released projects, and is now detouring into the Nigerian music industry with a bang, and intends to achieve this ultimate goal by doing what he is fond of doing and he is also frantically looking forward to working with star artiste, R. Kelly and Akon in the near future; and this has nothing to the likelihood of Kenny in the name of his idol, R. Kelly.
