Awode, like other great people, stands out from others by his vision and intelligence; he has helped many people to turn their visions into reality, men, women, old, young from diverse entity. Many have wondered how he has been able to turn around his Chemstar Manufacturing companies, makers of Fine coat Paints, Shilled Paints and other allied products to a conglomerate, the reason is not far-fetched, his ability to empower others.

The substantiation of this fact was confirmed a few months back during his 54th birthday shindig marked by his over 1000 staff at his Fine coat Official Complex, Casso, Alagbado area of Lagos, when they were all pouring accolades on him and talking about his good virtue.

This might have been one of the reasons he increased the Staff salaries with 20% across all boards during his birthday soiree, at a time some companies are shutting down operation and sacking people en-mass. No doubt, he perfectly fit in in the maxim of People of character.

People of character, as they say, do the right thing even if no one else does, not because they think it will change the world but because they refuse to be changed by the world. In all things, his character, his style and manner, his supreme excellence is simplicity; this, friends and family know him for.
