Ganduje Blasts Kwankwaso, Says He’s Politically Deaf and Dumb as Dambazau, Six Others Dump Kwankwasiya

Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano state has described the Former Governor of the state, Senator Rabi’u Musa Kwankwaso as politically def and Dumb who is also insensitive to the needs of the people of his constituent. Ganduje made the remarks on Monday during a political rally to welcome prominent persons who decamped to the APC, Gandujiya Faction which took place at the Kano Pillars Stadium, Sabon Gari Kano. According to him, Kwankwaso’s four years at the Senate has brought no political dividends to the people of Kano Central as the Senator from the area has turned a def ear to the cries of his people and has not made any positive contributions to activities of the senate. He said, Kwankwaso has become politically crippled and as a result, the need for the people of Kano state to replace him with Ibrahim Shekarau whom he described as the man of the people whose political achievements precedes him. Renouncing the Kwankwasiya movement, former Commissioner Kano state Ministey of Special Duties, Idris Bello Dambazau stated that, the selfish interest of Senator Rabi’u Musa Kawankwaso has destroyed virtually everything they worked to build in the Kwankwasiya Faction of the APC. He said after much consultations with his supporters and all those concerned, a decision was reached to dump the movement for something better. “ It is important to remember that I was one of the persons who played significant role in the formation of Kwankwasiya movement. The selfish interests of Senator Kwankwaso has destroyed everything we worked for. His personal interests has overshadowed our good ideas. We pondered on these things and our future and decided to renounce our loyalty to him, and join forces with Governor Ganduje because of his good Initiatives and political ideologies which has brought about positive changes to the state. Other prominent decampees includes six ex commissioners under Ibrahim Shekarau namely; Hon. Suleiman Shanono, Garba Zumbul, Bar.
