Value alliance proposes N10 dividend per unit

Value Alliance, member of the ACA group has scheduled to pay N10 dividend for unit holders of the fund for the 2017 financial year.
SIM Capital Alliance Ltd (“SIMCAP”) is an SEC registered Fund/Portfolio manager, providing investment management and advisory services to institutional investors and high net worth individuals.
SIMCAP manages the SIM Capital Alliance (“Value Fund”), a closed ended collective investment scheme listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange with an objective to achieve long-term capital growth by investing in quoted and unquoted Nigerian equities which the Fund Manager identifies as being undervalued and offering above average growth potential.
The company has declared corporate action of N10 per unit for holders of Sim capital Alliance value fund for the financial year ended 30th June, 2017.
According to a statement signed by the company’s secretary, Alsec Nominees Limited, the company’s annual general meeting (AGM) is scheduled to hold on 19th December, 2017 in Lagos.
The statement further reinforces the qualification date for the dividend, as fixed for 11th December, 2017, while register closure date is 12th December 2017, while payment date for the dividend payment is fixed for 27th December 2017.
