Consolidated Hallmark, Regency announces ex-dividend dates

Consolidated Hallmark Insurance plc and Regency Alliance have announced their separate ex dividend dates for consideration of dividend payments for the 2016 financial year ended 31 December.

Consolidate Hallmark proposed dividend payment of 2 kobo and has fixed register closure date for 2nd to 5th May, as ex-dividend date commences on May 6th.
This was revealed in the company’s statement published by the Nigerian Stock Exchange recently.

According to the report, if approved by shareholders, dividend payment will b made on 11th May, after the AGM scheduled to hold in Lagos on same date

Also, Regency Alliance ex-dividend date for the 3 kobo dividend proposed for the 2016 financial year falls on 24th-28th April 2017. According to the company, dividend payments will be made on 26th May, following shareholders approval at the AGM scheduled to hold in Lagos on 25th May 2017.
