Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau has again resurfaced, this time in an audio message posted on YouTube.
Shekau reacted to the recent US elections which saw the emergence of Donald Trump as President-elect.

Shekau’s comments are surprising because he no longer enjoys the support and power he used to since being demoted by the Islamic State (ISIS) in August.
ISIS announced in August that it was replacing Shekau with Abu Musab al-Barnawi, the 22-year-old son of Boko Haram’s founder Mohammed Yusuf.
