The Platform Nigeria Sets to Hold On May 1st

The platform Nigeria is a highly respected organic movement, conducting a series of impactful intellectual events that have transform the minds and lives of thousands, thus propelling them to the new level of operation.

The event which is powered by Covenant Christian Centre is scheduled to hold this year on May 1st 2019 with the theme; ‘The Drivers, Enablers and Obstacles to our Growth at the Covenant Place beside National Theatre, Iganmu, Lagos.

The Platform events no doubt have experienced unprecedented growth; from hosting a few thousand Nigerians at its first edition held on May 1st 2007 to tens of thousands of Nigerians at further editions.

Now, millions of people are expected to grace this year edition from both within and outside the nation as it has evolved into a full scale global media event adopting the full range of key media channels and technology to broadcast the message as far and wide.

This year edition will examine the personal level, organizational and national emphasizing on things that propel growth.

Some of the guest speaker expected on that day are; Ibukun Awosika, the chairman, board of directors, First Bank of Nigeria, Segun Adeniyi, a renowned Journalist, the chairman of the editorial board of This Day Newspaper,

Sarah Lacy, Founder, Editor-in-chief, and chief executive officer of Pando Daily, a web publication that offer technology news, Dr. Ndubuisi Ekekwe, founder and publisher of African Institute of Technology, Dr. Anil Gupta, a professor of academy management, Ndidi Nwuneli and Dr. Biodun Adedipe.

Meanwhile, according to Pastor Poju Oyemade, the visionary and convener of the programme, the platform is designed to facilitate growth in the areas of personal capacity and productivity as well as foster National Development within our great nation Nigeria.
