Taraba, Takum 1 member – elect takes oath of office

The Takum 1 Constituency bye-election member – elect in the Taraba State House of Assembly, Mr. Samson Ajiya Garba Wednesday took oath of office as member of the State Assembly.

The oath of office was administered by the Speake, Rt. Hon. Abel Peter Diah shortly after the new Member presented his Certificate of Return to the Lawmakers.

The ceremony held at the hallowed Chambers of the House of Assembly Complex, Jalingo drew the attention of the relations, friends and well wishers of Hon. Ajiya Garba.

Mr. Speaker who congratulated Mr. Ajiya for a well deserved victory at the polls and successful inaugural ceremony, further presented him before his colleagues as a member of the State Assembly.
