The wife of the Governor of Anambra State, Dr. (Mrs.) Ebelechukwu Obiano, at the weekend, presented gift items to parents who gave birth to multiple children (triplets and above) in 2018. The event which was termed Bounty programme was organised by the Ministry of Children and Women Affairs.
