Supreme Court dismisses PDP, Atiku’s appeal

 “We have examined all the briefs and exhibits for over two weeks And we agreed that there is no merit in this appeal. The appeal is dismissed. Reasons to be given on a date to be announced’ Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Tanko Mohammed has said.

The Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN),Justice Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad,Justice Bode Rhodes -Vivour, Justice Olukayode Ariwoola, Justice John Iyang Okoro, Justice Musa Datijo Muhammad Justice Ejembi Eko and Justice Uwani Abaji agreed that there is no merit in the appeal filed by Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and his party, the Peoples Democratic PartyPDP.
