Son of first NTA Newscaster, Wale Kuforiji ties the knot

It was a celebration last week Friday and gathering of who is who is who in society circle and media personalities stormed Chapel of Christ The Light Hall, Alausa, Secretariat Ikeja Lagos to witnessed the glamorous and solemnizations of Diekolola Oluwakemi Amosu and Onawale the son of Nigeria first ever newscaster on NTA Channel 7, Lagos, Bashorun Jide Kuforiji
It was a day that Bashorun Kuforiji said will ever remain ever green in his memory. “I can just define how I am feeling now. I felt very greet having in mind that soon I will be a grandfather” for intense and purposes Bashorun Jide Kuforiji was the first journalist to read news on the then newly established NTA Channel 7, and it was with nostalgia when he relayed it back during the wedding of her son Onawale while he was talking to Daily Times. “I still remember the day as if it is yesterday, I give God all the glory, but for now I am basking in euphoria of my son s wedding which to me is very special day for me”
The wedding train which started at the ministry of interior federal marriage registry ikoyi Lagos and then culminated into a lavishing reception at Chapel of Christ the Light Hall Alausa where there was a lot to eat and drink. At the august ceremony the bride’s parents and groom parents who were all in happy mood for the success of the wedding. Laide Gold a radio presenter with Bond FM and her husband Oluwaseun Gold a well-known socialites are some of the socialites among the one from UK that made the occasion one to remember for the new couple
Speaking after the wedding on behalf of himself and his newly wife Onawale stated that this is new dawn in his life “I think I am going into a new life with the person that I not only love but cherish, she is my heart I can just thank God for given someone special to spend the rest of my life. I thank all those who took their time to come and celebrate with us both from Nigeria here and abroad, to them all I say thank you, also to my in-laws for given me their daughter to marry”
