Wabba Emerges New NLC President

A former president of the Medical and Health Workers Union of Nigeria, (MHWUN), Aliyu Wabba, has been elected president of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC). Wabba was elected early Saturday at the rescheduled delegates’ conference in Abuja today, Saurday, March 15. The new NLC President will replace Abdulwaheed Omar, whose tenure expired recently.
