Atiku vs Buhari: S’ Court decision on SC 1211 will abide on all appeals- CJN
The Supreme Court on Wednesday ruled that Its decision on the appeal filed by Atiku Abubakar marked SC. 1211 will abide in all the eight separate appeals that arose from the decision of the Court of Appeal on the presidential election petition that was filed by PDP and Atiku.
Uzoukwu SAN lead counsel to appellants have identified seven separate appeals filed by Atiku and PDP as SC.1211, to SC 1217 . All Progressive Congress (APC) filed one cross appeal to the main appeal.
