RUMOURS: Fosu-Mensah agrees four-year deal at Man Utd

The teenager impressed during his run in the side last season and, although he has only made two appearances so far this time round, he is set to sign a long-term deal at the club

Manchester United defender Timothy Fosu-Mensah has agreed a new four-year contract at the club, reports ESPN.

The 18-year-old made 10 appearances for the Old Trafford side last season and is set to be rewarded with an improved deal, which is expected to be completed after the international break.

Fosu-Mensah’s current contract is due to expire next summer and, although he has made just two appearances this season under Jose Mourinho, the club are keen to tie him down to a longer agreement.
