The Baba Aladura of the Eternal Sacred Order of the Cherubim and Seraphim (ESOCS) Church world wide, His Most Eminence, Elder Lazarus Onyeleonu has urged Christians to pray for God’s mercy to remove the recession and restore the country buoyant economy.
Similarly he called on the Christians worldwide to shun violence and imbibe good virtues that would promote unity
and peace in the country.

that true Christians must intercede for the country economic revival .

seek God forgiveness. He expressed optimism that the country would soon be out of the wood adding that this period also
called for prudent management of scare resources.

governors, ministers, commissioners and all those in positions of authority for God guidance because only His
will shall prevail,he said.
Specifically addressing members of the ESOCS Church, the Baba Aladura noted that the church observe the annual 40
