Police Declare Bisexual Wife, Lover Wanted As Husband’s Family Demand Cleansing For Reintegration

The Edo State Command of the Nigerian Police has declared two bisexual women namely Irene Omisigho and Ella, her lover wanted after they were reportedly caught in the act of same-sex practice in Irene’s matrimonial home by a close relative on September 28th 2024.
Irene Omisigho and Ella were reportedly caught by a close family relative simply identified as Ede while she was performing her chores of cleaning all the apartments in the building as it was gathered that she walked into the room unannounced and caught the 2 women in the act .
Apparently staring in utter bewilderment at the sight of the 2 bisexual women indulging in the sacrilegious act unfolding right before her, Ede was said to have immediately dashed out to report the act of desecration to elders and youths in the family as Ella instantly fled the scene of the sacrilegious act by escaping through an exit door leaving behind her longtime lover to confront her husband’s angry family members alone .
It was gathered that the recent exposure of her dark secret plunged her once peaceful life Into another chaotic phase as elders of her husband’s family had requested her and daughter to undergo the mandatory spiritual cleansing and circumcision as a precondition to re-integrate her into the family in view of the enormity of her recent atrocities and sacrilege .
Visibly perturbed by the fears of she and her daughter falling victims of the evil practice of circumcision, Irene Omisigho and her children were reportedly assisted out of her matrimonial home by her husband to seek protection elsewhere as elders and youths of her husband’s family had earlier stormed her matrimonial home where they had ruthlessly beaten her up and threatened to inform the police authority of her violation of the Same-sex Marriage Prohibition Act if refused to cooperate with them.
According to a source in the family who craved anonymity, Irene Omisigho and her husband were completely unwilling to cooperate with the elders by partaking in the rituals required to spiritually cleanse her off the atrocities and wrath of the ancestors but rather chose to assist his family out of the quagmire by protecting them from being publicly harrased, arrested and prosecuted as almost everyone in the community was fully aware of her present predicament.
Meanwhile, it was said that while the whereabouts of her fleeing lover Ella was said to be unknown, Irene Omosigho and her children had to relocate to an undisclosed location in Benin City before eventually leaving for Lagos State where confirmed sources told our correspondent that She and her children reportedly fled the country immediately the police almost closed in on her arrest.
A statement made available by the Edo State Command of the Nigerian Police to journalists in Benin City urged members of the public with useful information that could lead to the arrest of the fleeing bisexual women namely Ella and Irene Omisigho to report at any nearby police station for a handsome reward adding that information such would be treated with utmost confidentiality.
In Nigeria, the violation of the Same-sex Marriage Prohibition Act of 2014 attracts a minimum of 14 years Imprisonment upon conviction.
