PICTURES: Woman Presses Hot Iron on 10-year old boy for Stealing
A woman in Kano has been arrested for pressing hot iron on her nephew’s chest.
It was earlier reported today about a 10-year-old boy, Fawaz, who was maltreated by his aunty after pressing a hot iron on his chest.
The young boy was accused of stealing as his Aunty identified as Mama Arafa who lives in Naibawa, Kano state meted out the brutal punishment on him.
A report also had it that the boy would sometimes sleep outside which puts him at risk of all forms of abuse particularly sexual abuse.
Now the little boy has been rescued by the police who have also taken his Aunty into custody as they plan to charge her with child abuse.
