A photo of the suspected Port Harcourt serial killer, Gracious David West has been revealed eating a bowl of rice with a bottle of water by his side.
Gracious David West, arrested for the murder of different women in hotels in Port Harcourt and Imo state, was paraded by the police.
While being paraded, he was pictured having a meal , an uncommon occurrence for anyone arrested by the Nigerian Police for a crime.
