Ondo guber poll: I’ll beat PDP candidate silly- Anifowoshe-Ajasin

The only female governorship aspirant of the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Mrs. Jumoke Anifowoshe-Ajasin, has said the party was unbeatable ahead of the forthcoming November 26th governorship election in the state.
She said if given the party’s ticket she would “beat silly” any candidate picked by the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the contest to the Alagbaka government house.
Mrs. Anifowoshe-Ajasin spoke after receiving the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship nomination form at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja.
She said her passion to govern the state with a selfless service to the people was reminiscent of the feat of her late father, Chief Micheal Adekunle Ajasin who governed the people with passion and humility.
Mr. Anifowoshe-Ajasin, a former Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice in the state said she had since begin canvassing votes from the party’s delegates ahead of its primary election fixed for August 27th.
