Ohanachom sets NPFL goal target

Enyimba forward, Chinedu Ohanachom has said he hopes to surpass last season eight-goal tally in the on-going top-flight.
The former El Kanemi Warriors marksman has one goal against his name on the goal chart in three-match starting performance.
Ohanachom said he has set his mind mainly on increasing his goal tally against top-flight newcomers, Remo Stars in matchday 19 clash at adopted ground, UJ Esuene Stadium in Calabar.
“Enyimba is a tough side but I’m equal to the task of proving my worth as potent striker.
“I scored first goal in the 1-2 loss at newcomers, Katsina United where I equally received a harsh knock on my right shin.
“The Katsina United clash was my third or fourth match I started upon joining the people’s Elephant.
“However, I have set a personal target to surpass the eight goals I scored at El Kanemi Warriors last season.
“Right now I want to up or extend my goal tally with the matchday 19 clash against newcomers, Remo Stars.
“Something keeps telling me that I will score against Remo Stars that’s why I have increased my work rate to ensure it comes to pass,” said the former FC Taraba hitman.
The six-time Nigerian champions are seventh on the 20-team top-flight on 25 points eight behind leaders, Mountain of Fire Miracles Ministries (MFM) FC.
