NYSC DG urges Niger govt to complete perm site

The Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Brigadier-General Sule Zakari Kazaure, has appealed to the Niger State Government to complete work on the NYSC permanent site at Paiko in Paikoro Local Government.

The contract for it was awarded five years ago at the cost of N40 million with only ten per cent of the job executed.

Speaking during a visit to the NYSC camp under construction, Kazaure stated that completing and putting the permanent site to use would help settle the problems facing the NYSC in the state.

The DG, who was represented by the Director of Community Development Services, Mrs. Comfort Makinde, said,”We are appealing to the Niger State Governor, Alhaji Abubakar Sani Bello, to work on making the permanent site ready for us.”
